Role: Part-time Physical Therapist at an outpatient rehab center, responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and revise treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families, provide patient education, document evaluations and treatments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Act as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Maintain effective communication and foster a positive, respectful environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; valid PT licensure; BLS certification; effective communication skills; customer service focus; team-oriented attitude; and basic computer skills.
Additional Duties: Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and orientation; adhere to organizational policies and standards; and perform other assigned duties to support quality patient care and organizational goals.
