We are seeking an Experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care.
As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN Clinical Periop Nurse performs assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized and culturally sensitive patient care.
Responsibilities include coordinating care, partnering with patients and families, practicing in accordance with professional standards, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. The role involves promoting team collaboration, participating in research and evidence-based practice, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards.
Qualifications include minimum five years of direct patient care experience, RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and a nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
