Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse in acute care medical telemetry provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational policies, adhering to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and individualized, culturally sensitive approaches.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing on patient goals.
- Ensure safe, quality care documentation and promote teamwork via interdisciplinary collaboration and respectful clinical environments.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
