The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting supported by Nurse Managers and shared governance.
Responsibilities include
performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) providing relationship-based, patient-centered care respectful of cultural diversity partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education collaborating with team members to coordinate care and support performance improvement initiatives participating in evidence-based practice, research, and professional development supporting resource management and protocol development and
adhering to all policies, standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications include
an associate or bachelor’s nursing degree current RN license (single or multi-state) BLS certification and
less than one year of clinical experience, with preferred prior patient care exposure.
