Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting supported by leadership and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient, family, and significant other satisfaction through compassionate care
- Uphold nursing standards as per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics

- Support service excellence goals and uphold system policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred
- Licenses: Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- Certifications: BLS and other required certifications upon hire
- Experience: Less than 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred; direct patient care experience advantageous
