Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) in acute care ortho surgical provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and the nursing process.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care, engaging patients and families through effective communication and education.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
