Role: Full-time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) responsible for managing critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers within a team-based model.
- Manage critically ill patients, providing comprehensive acute care.
- Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Utilize the Epic EMR platform for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (preferably APP experience).
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
