Job Summary

The Caregiver plays a vital role in providing personalized support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through hands-on assistance and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes.
Promoting safety, dignity, and independence is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Support for dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties.
In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory challenges is part of the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
