Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include following individualized service plans (ISP), documenting changes, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Key qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

The role involves building meaningful relationships, supporting residents’ well-being, and effectively communicating with families and care team members. The position offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive pay range of $18.00 – $22.52 per hour.
