Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on health management, safety promotion, and participation in professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
- Maintain a safe and healing environment, demonstrating critical nursing skills and adherence to standards of care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
