Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role requires obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited nursing program to maintain employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
