Role Overview:
Seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality, timely results. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, instructing patients on procedures, and independently conducting radiographic exams, including portable and on-call procedures. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Trade School education in radiology
- Licenses: Radiology Technologist – Registered; IEMA license for Illinois (excluding MRI)
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR certification
- No prior supervisor experience required
Key Duties:
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
- Perform radiographic examinations independently
- Provide patient instructions with professionalism and compassion
- Respond promptly to department service requests
Work Environment & Benefits:
