Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.
Contributes to a safe environment and maintains communication across care continuum.
Qualifications & Skills:
RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
Ability to work safely and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
