Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
- Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; RN licensing required.
- Preferred: 2+ years of ICU experience, BSN certification, CCRN, and prior ICU experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, collaboration skills, and commitment to safe, patient-centered care.
