Clinical Nurse – Minimally Invasive PCU

Join a fast-paced, 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Clinical Nurse (RN) responsible for caring for post-operative and intermediate care patients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
  • Monitoring patients closely, including post-operative, tracheostomy, and occasional overflow medical cases.
  • Educating patients and families on illness management, discharge planning, and medication administration.
  • Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and communicate individualized care plans.
  • Promoting patient safety and holistic care considering psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Current RN license; no prior experience required, but 2+ years preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety consciousness.
