Role: Respiratory Therapist
Responsibilities: Performs respiratory procedures on patients with diverse needs and abnormalities, supervises relevant positions, and ensures proper physical and visual and hearing requirements are met. The role involves assisting with patient care, handling emergency situations, and adhering to safety protocols including wearing protective equipment.
Qualifications & Skills: Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, lift loads up to 50 pounds, demonstrate strength, mobility, and stamina for physical activities, and handle exposure to infectious diseases and chemicals. Requires good vision with corrective wear and clear hearing.
Key Duties: Conduct respiratory therapies, assist in patient care, ensure safety compliance, and adapt to irregular hours and physical demands. The role demands physical activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting, with activity conditions varying from occasional to continuous.
