Role & Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment. Responsible for program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and enhancing productivity in collaboration with team members.
Supervises:
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist, with strong assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of professional standards and ethical practices is essential.
Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements: Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent mobility, and physical activities. Must have normal vision (with correction if needed) and hearing, and be capable of responding to emergency situations. Be prepared to wear protective equipment and handle chemicals as necessary. Activities involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.
Work Conditions & Physical Activities: May be exposed to infectious agents and toxic substances. Requires flexibility for irregular hours and physical endurance for varied activities such as frequent movement, physical assistance, and emergency response.
