Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating and delivering Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services, overseeing clinical care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Develops and supervises therapy programs aligned with departmental objectives.

- Document patient progress and assist with discharge planning and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Promote evidence-based practices and participate in departmental activities.
- Coordinate therapy services on assigned units, manage logistics, and ensure effective communication.
- Manage departmental budgets and staff scheduling to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Doctorate in Physical Therapy or related field; Master’s in Occupational Therapy or higher.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Experience: Preferably 5 years of clinical practice.
