Role Summary: Responsible for delivering professional, complex services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary setting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Master’s of Social Work required.
- Experience: Preferred 2 years in Social Work and Counseling.
- Licenses & Certifications: Current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days; SAFE Approach Level III within 6 months.
Key Responsibilities: Provide complex social work services, support patient and family needs, collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
