Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a dynamic advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and services.
- Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
- Apply expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations to guide transformation projects.
- Support business development through relationship building and proposal development.
- Ensure quality delivery via project management, budgeting, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
- Masters degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience managing large transformation projects, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and regulatory issues.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
