We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices.
Key responsibilities include: performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), delivering patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural diversity, and fostering strong partnerships with patients and families through effective communication and education.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely documentation, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment are essential. The role involves supporting performance improvement initiatives, participating in research activities, and mentoring peers to ensure a competent, future-ready workforce.
Qualifications: a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, RN licensure (single or multi-state), and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS. A Nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) is required.
