Registered Nurse – Critical Care – Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered, safe, and effective care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Deliver care according to established policies, applying clinical judgment and coordinating patient flow.
  • Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting solutions and supporting organizational goals.
  • Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and industry engagement.
  • Mentor and support peers, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.
  • Support shared governance principles, act with integrity, and contribute to a compliant, safe workplace.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN license and multi-state license (if applicable).
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and relevant life support certifications.
  • Proficiency in clinical skills, communication, and teamwork.
  • Commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care.
