Role Overview: The Caregiver provides compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity and independence while building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes. Promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engage residents through conversation and activities. Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
