Role: Caregiver at a senior living community, dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life through compassionate support and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities, including support in dining services.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment and support residents with memory loss in Memory Care.
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Key Duties: Providing hands-on personal care, supporting safety and independence, engaging residents, and documenting care activities.
