Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
  • Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
  • Engage residents through conversation and daily activities, including support in dining services
  • Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and communicate effectively with families and care team members

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
