Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, focusing on assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes to ensure personalized care.
Key responsibilities include promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
