Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships while promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes accurately
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to enhance their quality of life
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication abilities
