Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with senior residents. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and documenting changes. The role emphasizes promoting safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18 years old, and hold CPR/First Aid certification or are willing to obtain it. Strong communication, reliability, and compassion are essential qualities.
