Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence through assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and engage residents in conversations and activities to enhance their quality of life. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care leaders is essential to ensure personalized care and a positive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ADLs and support dining services
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Support residents in daily activities and engagement
  • Document care and communicate effectively with families and team members
