Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through hands-on support and meaningful relationships.
In this role, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.
You will promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in conversation and daily activities to foster a supportive environment.
Support with dining services, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and communicate effectively with families and care teams are key responsibilities.
For Memory Care residents, create enriching experiences tailored to memory loss needs.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, being 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
Ideal candidates possess compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Key Duties encompass providing personal care, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents, supporting dining and environment upkeep, and maintaining effective communication with families and care leaders.
