Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and professional standards. They ensure individualized care by performing the nursing process, partnering with patients and families, and practicing in compliance with state and professional regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members through effective communication and documentation to promote safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience; direct patient care experience preferred.
- Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification required upon hire.
