Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care

Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key intermediary between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and respond to patient conditions, contributing to care plans and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies, maintaining thorough documentation of assessments and interventions.
  • Advocate for patients by listening to concerns, providing education, and communicating relevant information to families and team members.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support change, and contribute to better patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
  • Foster professional growth in others via mentorship, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and multi-state RN license required.
    • Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
