We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-impact, multi-campus Med Surg team supporting patient care in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering personalized, evidence-based nursing care by owning the entire nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and families, respecting their values and goals.
• Contributing to a collaborative, respectful team environment, engaging in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Leading the application of evidence-based practices and supporting continuous improvement through data and research.
• Planning proactive care, shaping protocols, and managing resources efficiently to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.
Qualifications and skills:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state Compact).
• BLS and ACLS certifications; national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
