Role Overview:
This Clinical Nurse Specialist supports a 38-bed surgical unit specializing in Colorectal and Urology surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate education and practice programs for clinical staff to enhance patient care.Manage hospital-wide educational initiatives and resources supporting clinical educators and leaders.Design cost-effective training programs aligned with adult learning principles, including orientation and ongoing professional development.Collaborate with healthcare administration, staff, and leadership to develop and implement educational plans meeting regulatory standards.Analyze educational needs and assess the effectiveness of training activities.Ensure programs meet or exceed national standards for continuing education.Qualifications & Skills:Master’s Degree required.2-5 years of experience, with preferred qualifications of 5-10 years.Licenses such as RN or RRT are required.Strong collaboration, educational design, and program management skills are essential.Additional Details:This onsite role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, focusing on supporting clinical staff development and patient care excellence.
