Role Overview:
This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility in scheduling, with direct reports and benefits eligibility. The role involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, ensuring equipment maintenance, and tracking statistical data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff hiring, training, work assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development, ensuring departmental goals are met.
- Participate in developing staffing plans, budgets, and responding to business needs to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Oversee patient care, creating collaborative plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Handle staff scheduling, payroll updates, time card reconciliation, and communication, including conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain staff productivity and support departmental operational goals, leading performance evaluations and coaching.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years; supervisory experience is optional but preferred for higher qualifications.
- Licenses: Valid RN license required.
