Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Obstetrics, providing patient care under supervision or alongside RNs, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process, coordinate care with other departments, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to organization standards and values.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduate of an accredited LPN program, current LPN licensure, and either new or experienced in nursing. Certifications such as BLS, LPN-IV, and others may be required or acquired shortly after hire.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and kneeling.
