Role Overview: This position leads the implementation of best practice models, patient care delivery systems, and practice standards across service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and fosters collaborative relationships, provides coaching, and manages talent for growth and succession planning.
- Oversees unit operations, ensuring policy adherence, resource allocation, and performance improvement.
- Manages continuum of care and care-at-home operations, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
- Ensures standardized care delivery through strategic partnerships, data analysis, and resource management.
- Leads operational and technological improvements, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with at least five years in healthcare operations or related fields.
- Minimum four years in a leadership role and three years in patient or customer service.
- RN license from relevant states (or Compact License), with required credentials post-hire.
- Basic Life Support certification.
