Clinical Nursing Supervisor (Days) – Critical Care Stepdown

Role Overview:
Provides clinical support, coordinates, and evaluates operations and patient care within designated areas. Acts as a resource for staff and patients, serving as a staff nurse when needed. Assumes delegated managerial duties in alignment with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program

Current RN license in the state or compact licensure

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, or unit-specific may be required

Minimum of 2 years’ patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs
Prolonged standing and walking
Capability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and operations; serve as a clinical resource; perform staff nurse duties; support managerial tasks as delegated.
