Role Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance. Responsible for maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinating care across departments. Floats between various facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical. Offers flexible scheduling with day or night shifts, no weekend or holiday requirements, and shift options of 4, 8, or 12 hours.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED, valid LPN license, and recent bedside LPN experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two years for other specialties). Certifications include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing various movements.
