Role Summary: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments and evaluates the effectiveness of caregiving provided by team members.
Responsibilities: Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Maintains current licensure and certifications such as BLS, and may require additional unit-specific certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC. Ensures adherence to safety and physical requirements, including lifting and prolonged standing.
Qualifications: Holds an Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN in Nursing. Must have a current RN license and relevant certifications. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and standing.
