Role: Registered Nurse in a Regional Float Pool, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple hospital units and facilities within a regional footprint.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on standards and theoretical concepts. Collaborate with diverse care teams, adapt to various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, and ensure quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Valid RN license for the state or compact license. Minimum of 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for specialized units. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS (for critical care). Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
