Collaborates with staff and leadership to assess educational needs and creates tailored training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Participates in ongoing professional development and promotes a culture of continuous learning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
- RN license required.
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience not required.
- Preferred certifications include Basic Cardiovascular Life Support.
