Position Highlights
- Provides direct patient care in a surgical setting, ensuring safety and sterility, and collaborates with the surgical team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Supports team management activities, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Assists with departmental budgeting, resource management, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Creates and implements collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
- Manages staffing needs, assigns nursing duties, monitors productivity, and oversees staff performance and disciplinary actions.
- Qualifications include RN licensure, with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; BSN and leadership experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential.
Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience, with less than 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
