Full-Time Clinical Nurse

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards. The role involves promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on post-treatment needs, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Nurses develop personalized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting healing environments and patient education
  • Participating in safety and quality initiatives
  • Assessing patient needs holistically and communicating care plans effectively
  • Working in safety-sensitive conditions with alertness and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • RN license required
  • Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred
  • No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
