Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery/OB Unit
$15,000 Commitment Bonus (2 Years)
Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts, Full-Time Days (0700-1900)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate patient assessments and identify needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide age- and condition-appropriate care
- Document medical records timely and accurately
- Develop and update interdisciplinary care plans
- Conduct quality improvement assessments
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN license and accredited nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor’s)
- Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS, PALS, NRP, Handle with Care preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
Key Duties & Environment:
- Operate in a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in a warm, dedicated OB unit with 10 beds
- Rotate weekends and major holidays as part of team coverage
- Collaborate with pediatric and medical staff to ensure quality care
