Role: Provides specialized physical therapy treatment by conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and managing patient progress.
Responsibilities: Performs initial assessments, interprets diagnostic results, sets treatment goals, and adjusts interventions accordingly.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, educates patients and families, and documents all clinical activities accurately.
Supervises and mentors Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and aides, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Participates in departmental meetings and supports organizational initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, valid PT licensure, and clinical competency based on patient age. No prior experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Advanced clinical knowledge of diagnosis and treatment techniques, strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Duties: Maintains safety protocols, manages equipment, participates in performance evaluations, and contributes to department goals and educational efforts.
