Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care according to policies.
- Document assessments, care provided, and any incidents; advocate for patients and address concerns promptly.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for better outcomes.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
