Speech Language Pathologist – PRN, Day

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognition, oral motor, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Key duties include:

  • Performing evaluations, designing and revising treatment plans, and managing patient care to achieve functional outcomes.
  • Providing patient, family, and caregiver education on diagnoses, progress, and long-term management.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Documenting assessments, treatment, and discharge plans accurately and timely.
  • Supervising and mentoring students, Clinical Fellowship Year candidates, and therapy aides, exercising sound judgment in delegation.
  • Participating in team meetings, maintaining departmental policies, and supporting organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrating advanced clinical and interpersonal skills, safety awareness, and professionalism.

Qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • SLP licensure or state-specific Intern Certificate during Clinical Fellowship.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • No prior experience required, but clinical competency and effective communication skills are essential.
