- Active, unrestricted State Medical License and DEA license
- US work authorization
- Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adults, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual skills
Additional Details: This full-time role involves working approximately 40 hours weekly, with compensation ranging from $174,070 to $374,920, depending on experience and location.
