Cardiac Sonographer Reg (RDCS) Days – Echo

Role Overview:

This position is for a Full-Time Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in the Graphics (Echocardiology) department, performing comprehensive cardiac testing including echocardiograms, treadmill stress tests, Holter monitoring, and transesophageal studies. The role involves operating at various hospital locations, maintaining accurate patient logs in EPIC, updating charges, and managing cardiac lab files. Both new graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, with no prior experience required. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification or equivalent
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR certification, and a degree in Allied Health/Sonography
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to perform a variety of cardiac procedures, and familiarity with hospital computer systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac tests across multiple hospital sites
  • Maintain accurate patient logs and update billing information
  • Utilize cardiac lab software and maintain patient files
  • Learn and perform advanced echocardiography-guided procedures
